Mukesh is a pharmaceutical veteran with expertise in various injectable and ophthalmic dosage forms for regulated markets. He is specially versed in reverse engineering, in vitro /in vivo release studies, and Q3 characterization. He has profound knowledge in formulation development, preclinical evaluation, process development, optimisation, and scale-up of formulations for markets like the USA and Europe.

Ashish is an established scientist with experience in Analytical R&D. He is experienced in end-to-end product development of complex formulations and APIs in terms of analytical aspects such as development, method validation and transfer, QC testing, and stability studies. His expertise is in Q1/Q2 reverse Engineering and in-vitro Q3 characterization, IVRT method development, and validation of many challenging and complex pharmaceutical dosage forms.
